Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Terms and Conditions:
1. Customer must contact seller to verify dates. Home is new and furniture is being added and updated.
2. Rental fee includes free long distance phone calls up to three minutes each in the United States. High speed internet available. There are no hidden charges. No cleaning fees. There is an optional charge for pool heat if you need it at $199 per week. The only other fee is the Florida tax of 12% which we must collect by law.
Pool heat is optional at $199 per week. You can decide the week prior to arrival if you want pool heat.
3. A non-refundable deposit of $350 per week is required to reserve your vacation. This amount is subtracted from your final bill. Balance is payable 60 days prior to your arrival.
4. Normal stay is Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights. Shorter or longer stays may be available. We offer 24 hour check in so you don't have to worry about not having a place to stay if your plane is late.
5. This home is cleaned prior to your arrival and will be cleaned when you check out.
6. Florida law limits occupancy in this home to 10 people.
7. Check in after 4 PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM.
8. A $350 damage deposit will be placed on a credit card upon your arrival at the home in Florida. This security deposit will be released within 72 hours of your departure if there is no damage to the home.
9. This rate include does not include pool and spa heat which are optional at $199 per week.
10. In order to maintain a pleasant environment for future guests, no smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. Pets are not allowed.
11. This home is available to Families with children or Adults over the age of 25. It is not available to groups.
12. We own the home and have a 24 hour Management Company on call that looks after the home.
13. Please treat our home as your own to insure future guests enjoy the facilities.
