The price is per apartment (not per person) and it may be reduced depending on the amount of notice we have, the length of the booking, etc. Special price for families! Contact us to receive our best offer!
The price includes:
- cleaning and linen weekly;
- electricity, water, gas;
- kitchen utensils, soap and detergent for dishes ;
- reception service on your arrival in Siracusa.
You can have:
- additional cleaning: 15 €.
- additional linen: 5 € per person.
- car parks: 5 € per day (200 m far) or 2.5 € per day (600 m far).
- transfer from Catania airport to the apartment: 50 €.
You pay:
- on booking: 20% of whole amount;
- on arrival: the remaining amount in cash;
- on arrival: deposit of 150 euro (it will be returned to you at the end of your stay);
- on departure: the cost of any damages;
