Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms - Our rates are subject to 13% Florida Sales Tax and a $500 refundable damage deposit.
- Optional pool heat is available for $150 per week/$25 per day.
- Stays of less than 7 nights are subject to a cleaning fee of $95.
- Our minimum stay is 3 nights; 7 nights during holiday periods.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.
- Final payment is required 10 weeks prior to your arrival.
- Cancellations must be received in writing.
- The following cancellation fees apply: (a) More than ten weeks before arrival date - loss of deposit, (b) Less than ten weeks before arrival date - 50% of rental amount, (c) Less than four weeks before arrival date - 100% of rental amount.

"Dear Leggett Family, Thank you for a fabulous week in your beautiful home. This was our daughters first visit to Florida and Disney World. We are so glad we chose to stay here instead of on property of Disney. After LONG days at the parks it was so great to come "home"! We could not have been more comfortable. The management company was very pleasant to deal with for the VERY MINOR issues we had (a few burnt out lightbulbs and a bedroom fan that needed to be fixed). We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday! We are sad to be leaving but we will be in touch for our next trip back. Many thanks."
