Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms - Our rates are subject to 13% Florida Sales Tax and a $500 refundable damage deposit.
- Optional pool heat is available for $150 per week/$25 per day.
- Stays of less than 7 nights are subject to a cleaning fee of $95.
- Our minimum stay is 3 nights; 7 nights during holiday periods.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.
- Final payment is required 10 weeks prior to your arrival.
- Cancellations must be received in writing.
- The following cancellation fees apply: (a) More than ten weeks before arrival date - loss of deposit, (b) Less than ten weeks before arrival date - 50% of rental amount, (c) Less than four weeks before arrival date - 100% of rental amount.

"I had the pleasure of taking my family to Disney World the first week of November. After having stayed at 3 resorts in the Disney grounds in the past, we decided to rent for a change. I can't begin to tell you how great that decision was, particularily because of this home. The location is probably as good as you can get outside of the WDW grounds. The new house is tastefully decorated with all the amenities you could ask for. What a treat having your own pool and spa to come home to after a long day at the park. My son loved the games room with the top notched equipment. The rooms are very spacious all with there own ensuite bathrooms. I can't say enough about the home except I pray it's availible the next time I plan to visit. I can't imagine paying the exorborant prices of the on-site hotels when a beautiful home like this is availible."
