Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms - Our rates are subject to 13% Florida Sales Tax and a $500 refundable damage deposit.
- Optional pool heat is available for $150 per week/$25 per day.
- Stays of less than 7 nights are subject to a cleaning fee of $95.
- Our minimum stay is 3 nights; 7 nights during holiday periods.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.
- Final payment is required 10 weeks prior to your arrival.
- Cancellations must be received in writing.
- The following cancellation fees apply: (a) More than ten weeks before arrival date - loss of deposit, (b) Less than ten weeks before arrival date - 50% of rental amount, (c) Less than four weeks before arrival date - 100% of rental amount.

This week in your beautiful pool he learned to swim all on his own. To see him progress from going under water to swimming in the deep in was amazing!! My daughter learned to dive and do front flips under water. She had a wonderful time. Being able to stay in your home helped us make memories that we will cherish forever. There is nothing I would change about your home it had everything that we could ever need. "
