Credit card fee of 2.5% and e-check fee of 1%. Minimum summer stay is weekly running Friday to Friday. Check-in time is 5pm, Check-out time is 10am.
"We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The view is spectacular - pictures do not do it justice. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. And we love the location, Wapato Point: Pool across the street from the house, beach, playgrounds, and kid activities. Highly recommend a dinner at Winemakers Grill. We enjoyed a lovely meal on the patio while the kids play on the lawn and playground - heaven! All in all, a great trip. June is a wonderful time to visit - summer weather without the summer crowds!"
