Deposit: The rent for 2 nights including taxes is required to confirm the reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations from 60 to 31 days prior to arrival forfeit the 3 night deposit. For cancellations within 30 days, the entire stay is forfeited.
Security: Please be aware of our refundable $1000 security deposit that will be due upon check in.
"Thank you for sharing your wonderful Wailea Beach Villa home with us. We love your elegant & warm decorating style. Everything is new and totally first class. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate dinner in the suite a couple of nights. We had a personal chef come in one evening and cook for us. Daily maid service was such a pleasure. We spent our 5 great days on Maui just relaxing. The view from your lanai is so beautiful and what a great place for morning coffee & late afternoon cocktails. The Maui sunsets over the ocean are out of this world. We plan to return to Wailea soon and hope we can spend more magical times in your Aloha Kai Suite."
