Deposit: The rent for 2 nights including taxes is required to confirm the reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations from 60 to 31 days prior to arrival forfeit the 3 night deposit. For cancellations within 30 days, the entire stay is forfeited.
Security: Please be aware of our refundable $1000 security deposit that will be due upon check in.
"Aloha! We visited Maui for our son's wedding which took place at Makena Beach so we were looking for a 3 bedroom villa nearby for our family. Wailea Beach Villas was the perfect place and what a fabulous week we had. We had so much fun at both pools and the beautiful beach! "Aloha Kai Suite" was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable, had everything we needed and more! We would defintely recommend this villa and hope to stay here again!"
