Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Minimum 4 night bookings. A 50% Deposit is required on booking the reservation. The balance is due 21 days prior to your arrival. Cleaning fee of $40 USD is in addition to rental fee and will be collected with the final balance payment.
FOR LONG-TERM RENTALS: If you are interested in a long-term rental, which is considered greater than 2 weeks, a cleaning service is required every 14 days. The cleaning service is a $40.00 USD fee per visit and is in addition to the rental payment. The cleaning will be coordinated to ensure it is convenient for your schedule.
Cancellations: 50 % of Deposit will be refunded only upon the Villa being re-rented.
