$500 Off Select Weeks Except Holidays in 2008 & 2009 With A Paid In Full Reservation Except Holiday Weeks. Request your dates to check availability. Once your dates have been confirmed you will be notified by email and we will place your dates on a two day hold and email you our rental agreement with instructions. Once we receive your payment you will receive an email confirmation. A $400 security deposit is required. After you check out if everything is in in order and nothing damaged and nothing missing you will have your deposit returned within 14 days. This is a non smoking and non pet property. If anyone has smoked or had pets then you will forfeit your deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders.
