Villa Federica is a characteristic ancient house of amalfi coast, it's 130 square meters (1400 square feet). The house is on three floor. From each level you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri.
At first level, an hanging garden of 15 square meters (160 square feet) large, partly shaded by a pergola and immersed in Mediterranean flavours there is a depandance with 2 bedrooms (the first with a single bed, the other with a matrimonial bed with en-suite bathroom with toilette, washbasin, bidet, shower and washing machine) that are cozy and comfortable. The depandance is well-provided with a small kitchen, a small table and chairs. Outside you'll enjoy the kissing sun lying down on sun chairs.
At the intermediate floor you'll rest enchanted by the panoramic terrace, partly shaded by a pergola, perfect for a candlelight dinner, entering you'll rest shocked by a sense of freshness and by the simplicity of the antique furniture. There is a comfortable kitchen that is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a double-glazed window with a view of the sea. A warm dining room with a table and 6 chairs, perfect to relax watching digital TV seated comfortably on a big sofa. Passing through a corridor you enter in a bedroom with a bunk bed (two single beds), near the bedroom there is a bathroom equipped with: toilette, washbasin, bidet and bathtub with shower wand. The furnishings are simple and comfortable.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room along a stairway, passing through an anteroom with wall cup board. The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include some antique pieces. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a hydromassage shower. Here you will also find a washing machine.
For a successful stay at Villa Federica we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 100 meters (110 yards), along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
You will reach Villa Federica from the parking area going down a 100-meters (330-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 150 stairway steps.
