Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Prices for groups up to 16 persons in Euro:
High season: 20.12. to 10.01.: 650 Euro/day;
Low season: 11.01. to 30.04.: 350 Euro/day;
Easter (high season): 650 Euro/day;
Mid-season: 01.05. to 31.05.: 500 Euro/day;
High season: 01.06. to 30.09.: 650 Euro/day;
Mid-season: 01.10. to 31.10.: 500 Euro/day;
Low season: 01.11. to 19.12: 350 Euro/day.
Minimum stay in the low and mid-season is 3 days and one week in the high season.The current allocation plan can be found here and on our website at villa-playa.com.
After booking you have to pay in advance 50 % of the rental amount on our bank account. We recommend you to book a travel insurance that you can get very cheap in internet. Additionaly we work with our business partner, called HomeAway Group that insures all guest payments up to 4000 Euros. So you have any financial risk. For further details you can contact us, we make the insurance for all our clients automatically.For groups up to 6 persons, we provide during the low season a special discount of 50% on the normal rental prices (limited number of persons and bedrooms!). By this bookings must be paid the total amount in advance. Then you pay only 500 Euros of the loss damage deposit instead of 1000 Euros. It is high recommendable to book the loss damage insurance that covered any damaged. The loss damage deposit will be refunded after the return of the house key and after cleaning as well as an inspection by the landlord or his key holder within two weeks by bank.

By taxi:
The easiest and fastest way. At the airport take the taxi. The way takes less than 10 minutes and costs about 15 Euros.
By car:
Renting a car, you should absolutely make a reservation in advance online. We can recommend email-car-hire.com, doyouspain.com or car rentals as the cheapest company. You can prepare yourself at home with printed maps (GoogleMaps.com). With the booking confirmation you will receive a plan how to find us, so your holiday can start without any complications.
By bus:
From the airport take the blue bus - line 1 drive - get down in the station 'Plaza España', then change the bus - line 15 - direction 'El Arenal'. Get out at 'Hotel Kontiki Playa'. It is 200 meters walk to the villa. The bus costs about 3 Euros for person and takes more or less one hour.
