Generally, our rate starts at between $189 & $209 nightly for up to 4 guests. Additional guests add $10-$15 nightly each. Ironman dates are not included in the rate table!
We usually have a 5 night minimum stay.
One time $190 Cleaning Fee.
Add mandatory Accommodations Tax of 13.42%.
Special rates and longer minimum stays for Ironman Triathlon and Peak Winter Season apply. (Rates are Seasonal in Hawaii!) We generally will be at full house capacity at 8 adults, with floor futons or a sleeper couch available for up to 4 children. Also, we usually require a Damage Deposit , which is fully refundable by check within 14 days, in accordance with the condition the house is left after check out. Due to Insurance regulations, no keys will be issued to persons under 25 years old.

Rates vary with number of guests, season, and length of stay. Winter & Holiday rates are higher, and the following table can be used for approximate rates:
November thru December 14th, add $20 nightly
December 15th thru January 15th, add $50 nightly
Remaining dates thru February, add $20 nightly
