Our beautifully furnished 1900+ sq ft 4 BR/2BA home with private pool is located in the prestigious 5-star community of Lake Davenport Estates which is a mere 15 minutes to Disney World and all the Orlando Theme Parks. Our home has been richly furnished with many upgrades that you won't find in the standard Florida rental market and equipped to the highest standards. Our vacation home comes complete with everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

This home offers four bedrooms, with 4 TV's and cable. A massive 'King master suite' - complete with a luxurious private bathroom. You could take a quick shower in the spacious glass-enclosed shower or take a relaxing bubble bath in the Roman-style tub.

Each bedroom sleeps two with a King-size, full-size, and two bedrooms with twin beds.

If you vacation with family or friends, this house can accommodate 8 people.

For those of you who can't live without your computer, we also provide Free high speed Internet access.

Separate 'living' and 'family' rooms allow Adults to relax and read a book or stretch out to watch a movie on the impressive 63in TV. The kids can be out at the private screen-enclosed heated swimming pool - which is always available. There are DVD's, a PlayStation and a selection of games for your entertainment. The large fully fitted kitchen is large enough and completely equipped to prepare a four-course meal to be enjoyed in the formal dining room.

For our infant guests there is a portable crib and highchair for your convenience.
