This is a spacious one bedroom, one bath mobile home cottage and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is set in a tropical landscape (palm trees, royal poinciana, hibiscus, etc.) and you can enjoy the covered front porch, the covered back porch, or the backyard: each offering seating areas and tables amidst tropical splendor. A barbecue is set up in the backyard. Air-conditioned inside for your comfort, or cool off at the near-by pool. Features include dining table, PC (to e-mail your jealous friends!), queen size bed in private bedroom, and queen size sofa beds, two cable TV sets, and much more.
On Kemp Channel, you can access the Looe Key Reef in minutes. Guarded parking for your boat & trailer and off-street parking for your vehicle.
Located in a gated, safe, Five Star Community; you can enjoy all the amenities: deep boat ramps, marina, snorkeling or scuba in tropical coral seas, fish cleaning station, store, pool, hot tub, tennis, children's playground, activity center with ping pong, pool table, and a multitude of games. The Community charges $5.38 for 2 persons plus $4.30 for each additional person per day. This allows you unlimited use of all facilities.
No pets; smoking on patios only.
A scenic 19 mile drive takes you to historic, exotic Key West, the southernmost point in the continental USA, and a major center for deep sea fishing, art, theater, Audubon and marine wildlife conservation activities, etc.
