All rooms in this house are large and completely furnished, including separate dining and breakfast areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. Master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a king size bed plus a daybed and there are twin beds in the third bedroom. Linens are included. Washer, dryer, and commercial icemaker available in the garage. No smoking. No pets.
House is located where you will enjoy views of beautiful sunsets. Mexico is just 30 minutes away. The Harlingen and Brownsville airports are nearby for easy access to the island. Many sports are available nearby such as golf, tennis, wind surfing, fishing, dolphin watching cruises, jet skiing, parasailing, horseback riding, beachwalking, bird watching, etc. Schlitterbahn Water Park is now open for family fun on the island. Fishing guides are available if needed for bay or offshore fishing. Most restaurants on the island will cook your day's catch if you so desire. The beach is just a short walkaway with beautiful white sand and clear blue water - the perfect place for long walks or sunbathing as well as swimming. Chair and umbrellas are available for rental many places nearby on thebeach. Jet ski and banana boat rentals are available on the beach oron the bay. You can watch parasailing or kite boarding from the deck.
