Please read our Vacation Rental Agreement thoroughly. Monies received for occupancy of property indicate the acceptance of the terms and conditions of our Vacation Rental Lease Agreement. Additional rate will be added for occupancy over six. It is the responsibility of the Renter(s) to be familiar with all policies within the agreement.
Please note: Our property has a swimming pool as an amenity. It is the Renter's responsibility to learn about safety precautions, warning signs of water conditions, and safety procedures concerning swimming in or being around a pool. Renters are hereby notified that swimming pools can be dangerous and Renters accept the full risk and responsibility involved.
Owner's cancellation policy:
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.

"Great place and location. Easy access to lots of places and things to do. The pool really hit the spot on those really hot days. Lots of accessories like beach chairs, wagon, towels, cooking equipment, and even a margarita machine. The kids loved the game room which had a basketball game, air hockey, and ping pong table. Would definitely recommend staying here."
