Please read our Vacation Rental Agreement thoroughly. Monies received for occupancy of property indicate the acceptance of the terms and conditions of our Vacation Rental Lease Agreement. Additional rate will be added for occupancy over six. It is the responsibility of the Renter(s) to be familiar with all policies within the agreement.
Please note: Our property has a swimming pool as an amenity. It is the Renter's responsibility to learn about safety precautions, warning signs of water conditions, and safety procedures concerning swimming in or being around a pool. Renters are hereby notified that swimming pools can be dangerous and Renters accept the full risk and responsibility involved.
Owner's cancellation policy:
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.

"Stayed for a week with my husband and two kids and absolutely loved it. The house is well appointed with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is impeccably clean. The backyard area was so tranquil and relaxing, and my kids absolutely loved the pool! We loved coming back from the beach (which was under a 5 minute walk) and jumping into the pool! The beach was beautiful and the owners left everything we needed (chairs, toys, etc) for us to use. We ran in to a few days of rain, but because there is a game room in the house, we were never bored. Overall, you cannot beat the views of the water, the pool, or the amenities this house provides. I can't wait to come back over the winter!"
