Please read our Vacation Rental Agreement thoroughly. Monies received for occupancy of property indicate the acceptance of the terms and conditions of our Vacation Rental Lease Agreement. Additional rate will be added for occupancy over six. It is the responsibility of the Renter(s) to be familiar with all policies within the agreement.
Please note: Our property has a swimming pool as an amenity. It is the Renter's responsibility to learn about safety precautions, warning signs of water conditions, and safety procedures concerning swimming in or being around a pool. Renters are hereby notified that swimming pools can be dangerous and Renters accept the full risk and responsibility involved.

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at “Seas the day FL”! We arrived to find the home very well kept. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil/appliance you may need. Also for your convenience, there are several beach necessities such as a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and even coolers. The backyard was well manicured and absolutely beautiful. We spent about 4 hours each day at the beach and wrapped up our days by the pool. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back. Thank you for opening your home to us. Oh one more thing! If you are looking for a great seafood restaurant, I highly recommend Rip Tide about 8 miles away on A1A in Ormond Beach. Amazing! I suggest doing call ahead seating. : )"
