Resort charges weekly Guest Badge fees. For 2013, guest badges are required for everyone of the age of 4 and over. This year, the in-season rate begins June 14, which is the start of the summer activities at Sea Colony.

June 14 to August 29 - $40
August 30 to September 12 - $17
September 13 to December 31 - $12
Fully refundable with exception of $100 processing fee if reserved week is re-booked by owner.
"Generally feels like a run-down motel room. Hair on pillows, carpet not vacuumed, spills on walls, broken sliding glass door, loads of spiders and webs outside the front door, shower curtain desperately in need of replacement, deck not even swept. Unit darker than appears--it doesn't get a lot of light. Very well located--very, very short walk to pool, tennis, and tram pick up for the beach or10-15 minute walk to the beach."
