Resort charges weekly Guest Badge fees. For 2013, guest badges are required for everyone of the age of 4 and over. This year, the in-season rate begins June 14, which is the start of the summer activities at Sea Colony.

Fully refundable with exception of $100 processing fee if reserved week is re-booked by owner.
"My daughter and her children and I had a great stay at this property this spring. The condo is conveniently located in a wonderful resort development with great recreational facilities, which we made frequent use of during our stay, e.g. indoor and outdoor (heated) pools, tennis courts (indoor and out), etc. We loved the layout of the condo with its loft, which provided a perfect sleep and play area for my grandsons, and the wrap-around deck which was great for sitting outside when the weather was nice. The unit was clean and well-maintained, and everything worked very well -- the cable TV, internet and the well-equipped kitchen and laundry. We'll happily reserve this place again when we have another opportunity!!"
