Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms
Rates are for 6 person occupancy. Additional guests, up to 8, are priced at an additional $25/person/night. 11.05% San Diego City tax for all stays under 30 days. Holiday and special event periods may be priced higher. Minimum stays vary depending on days of the week, season, calendar availability, and lead time for arrival. Please inquire. 50% of rental cost due at time of booking, balance due 30 days before arrival. $200 exit cleaning fee and fully refundable $500 damage deposit required with all stays.

"Our group of friends stayed here during the labor day weekend with many activities planned. The location is in a prime spot in San Diego and close to all the activities that we planned. The place was well equipped with everything that we needed and the beach items came in extremely handy when our group spent a day at the beach. The view from the back was absolutely stunning. The retro arcade and the ping ping table gave our group countless hours of fun when relaxing at the house.
