"We stayed here in October 2009. The house was as described. It was super clean and well stocked. The kids loved the pool after a long day at the beach. The views are spectacular! The few things that we thought could be updated have been when I look at the new photos. The televisions have been upgraded and there is now a blu-ray player! I love the new furniture by the pool and on the screened porch. Also, the shower stall outside is new and such a fabulous addition. We will definitely be staying here on our next family Cape trip. One note: the second living room is open to the kitchen/dining/first living room. Though a person can sleep on either sofa, it is open and there is no privacy as though it were a bedroom. If you picture that floor in a U shape the backside is the kitchen/dining and either side is a living room. It is all open space and both living rooms have doors to the screened in porch. The people sleeping in these beds can use the spacious downstairs restroom or laundry room to change clothes."
