"Dear Anne and Rex, You have the perfect beach house!!! With a kitchen large enought to accomodate our gang of 7, we had a great time! The kids, big & small, had a great "polar bear" swim on X-mas Day, although the women chickened out. A great time was had by all & we thank you very much for letting us enjoy this get together in the perfect beach house. Not to mention the great neighbors - what else could we have asked for. Russ and Lucie Mann & Titus. We greatly enjoyed sleeping to the sounds of the ocean. The beach house is very well designed to sleep in when the rest of the house was awake. Thank you.
