"We visited Rustic Retreat two times in the summer of 2009 and it was truly delightful. The house was so comfortable and well cared for. We found so many fun things to do around West Jefferson - the 4th of July festival, tubing down the New River, hiking and just enjoying the fantastic weather and scenery. My son loved the loft area. On the second trip, his cousins came for an overnight visit. The kids had a great time exploring the yard of the cabin, finding salamanders, counting species of mushrooms and looking for wildlife. I highly recommend Rustic Retreat!"
