POOL & SPA:
Larger than average pool measuring 30 x 15 with a Spa with fantastic views over conservation and trees. Our large extended decking area ensures no-one is fighting for space plus a covered lanai. Not directly overlooked by neighbouring villas. Planting down the sides of the Pool Screen adds that extra bit of privacy. For those travelling with young children you will be pleased to know there is a 4ft Safety Fence between the villa and the pool (this can be removed if not required) Sun Loungers with cushions, Patio Table and Chairs, Sun Umbrella, Pool Blanket and toys all add to your comfort and enjoyment. Underwater lighting in the pool & spa means you can have a swim day or night

KITCHEN:
Compact but fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, large Fridge Freezer, Microwave, glass topped Range Cooker, Waste disposal plus all pots, pans, glasses, cutlery etc. Extra seating for 2 is provided at the breakfast bar area
NOOK/DINING ROOM:
Adjacent to the kitchen and with fantastic views of the pool and the surrounding trees and conservation through the 2 large windows. Seating for 6 at our beech dining table. A high chair is also available if required at no extra charge. Fully tiled floor.
LIVING/LOUNGE ROOM:
Large open plan carpeted room with vaulted ceiling with wonderful views out to the pool and beyond. Cable TV, DVD/VCR Player. Hi-Fi with large collection of CDs, luxury comfortable furniture, large DVD library, Games, Books & Toys. A 24 hour monitored alarm is fitted for your added peace of mind
3 BEDROOMS:
MASTER BED 1: En-Suite
King size super comfy bed with added luxury MemoryFoam Bed Topper. Matching bedside furniture, Dresser with mirror, Lamps, Cable TV and alarm clock plus a large walk in wardrobe/closet. The tiled En-Suite comprises a double Shower with seating, WC and hand basin. A Hairdryer is also provided. This room doubles up as the Pool Bathroom - useful during the day as it saves wet feet trailing through the house. Travel Cot, Pushchair, Baby Monitor, Safe, spare bedding plus DVD's, CD's and books can all be found in the closet. Free PC with internet & MSN is located on the computer desk.
MASTER BED 2: En-Suite
Queen size bed with added luxury MemoryFoam Bed Topper. Lovely sunny room with large walk in closet/wardrobe plus a large tiled Ensuite with His 'n' Hers Wash Basins, double Shower with seating, WC, Hairdryer and scales (useful for weighing your cases on the way back home!)
Matching bedside furniture, Dresser with mirror, Lamps, Cable TV with DVD Player and an alarm clock complete this room
TWIN BEDS:
This bedroom makes use of the family bathroom right next door. 2 Single Beds both with Memory Foam luxury Bed Toppers added. Wardrobe/Closet with a large selection of girls & boys Dressing Up Clothes for a variety of ages - perfect for all those character Breakfasts and Dinners!! Cable TV & PS2 with 12 games (also doubles up as DVD/CD player) Spongebob Squarepants Table and Chairs plus double dresser with mirror, bedside table with lamp and nightlight
FAMILY BATHROOM:
This tiled bathroom features a Bath/Tub,WC and Wash Basin plus a Shower over the bathtub
LINEN:
All linens and towels are provided. Plenty of spares are in the closets
UTILITY AREA:
Washer/Dryer/Iron & Ironing board are located in the garage
FOR THE CHILDREN:
We have tried to make our villa as child friendly as possible - Free use of Baby Equipment: highchair, cot, pushchair, plug in baby monitor, Toys, Books, Jigsaws, DVDs, Games, Dressing Up Clothes, Art activities, Board Games, CD's, Night Lights and more
A 4ft (removable if necessary) fence is located in front of the pool so that you can rest in peace knowing little ones can't get into the pool un-noticed.
GARAGE/GAMES ROOM:
Washer/Dryer/Iron & Ironing board to be found here along with our famous talking Dartboard!!! plus a 7ft Pool Table and Airhockey.
PET & SMOKING:
Strictly No Pets or Smoking allowed
PARKING:
Single garage currently used as a games room. Parking on drive for 2 cars
CHANGEOVER DAYS:
We accept bookings for every day of the week. Villa must be vacated by 10am. Arrival is from 4pm onwards.
CLEANING INFORMATION:
Our villa is fully cleaned before you arrive and at the end of your stay

Silver Creek is adjacent to the popular Clear Creek development in the Clermont area of Orlando, Florida, just 1 mile from the action packed US-192 and only a short drive from Disney World and the International Drive area attractions. Our villa is an end property and benefits from not being directly overlooked. The back looks out over a peaceful wooded conservation area and the fireworks from Disney's Magic Kingdom can be seen over the treetops. If golf is your thing we have 20 golf courses within 10 miles of the property. Within a two minute drive we have a Wal-Mart and Winn Dixie supermarkets, a Post Office, bank, dentist, petrol station and a pizza takeaway and just a mile down the US-27 is a Publix supermarket. We are within an hour of Sanford airport and less than 30 minutes from Orlando International airport.
