CENTRAL VISTA STUDIO is a single roomed, air conditioned apartment, fully furnished with loaded kitchenette, comprising of fridge, microwave, toaster, tea coffee maker, a two burner gas stove, writing table and small cupboard asthetically placed to create a great ambiance.

The accommodation is on the ground floor with attached washroom, having a european W/C, stand alone shower and running hot and cold water. The apartment is provided with a Queen sized bed suitable for a couple, a telephone for local calls, WiFi, cable TV and has a cozy courtyard where one can enjoy a morning cup of tea under the canopy of a banyan tree.

The apartment is in a secure residential complex and is close to Haus Khas and Green Park markets, the Malls of Saket, Malviya Nagar, GK I and GK II markets, multi-speciality hospitals like MAX, Fortis, PSRI, AIIMS .

The housekeeper cleans and dusts the apartment on alternate days and also helps remove garbage. Linen and Towel change is effected on a weekly basis.

Rental: USD 215/- per week, payable in full at the time of booking. No hidden charges and no brokerage. ( Minimum Stay 1 Week )

Deposit: USD 200/- ( Against breakages, damages or defacement to the property, at the time of occupying the apartment). The deposit is returned at the time of vacating the apartment.

Check In: 12 Noon ; Check Out: 10 am

Transportation: Airport pickup and drop available for a small charge

Cancellation Policy: No refund on cancellation or no show

The accommodation is offered on a 'first come first serve basis'.
