The apartment is situated a few kilometres east of Estepona in the new Selwo Hills development. It is less than a ten minute walk to the nearest beach, which has an excellent 'chiringuito' (beach bar and restaurant). The development is a short distance from the unique Selwo Adventure Park where you can see jungle animals in the wild. The development has landscaped gardens with a swimming pool, a small gym, games room, and sauna. Each apartment has an allocated space in the underground car park and there is an elevator which will take you to the apartment, which is on the first floor.
There is a large terrace leading from the living room and master bedroom, which is furnished with a large dining table and six chairs, as well as two sun loungers. There is a second, smaller terrace, leading from the kitchen which has a round table and four chairs. The kitchen terrace has the sun all morning and the main terrace has the sun from mid afternoon until sunset, so you can sit in the sun or the shade, whichever you prefer.
We regularly use the apartment ourselves and have furnished it with good quality furniture and linens - we wanted the best and you will benefit from that. The kitchen is well equipped with all the usual utensils and labour saving equipment that you have at home, so if you do want to cook rather than eat in one of the numerous restaurants in the vicinity, you will find everything you need.
The apartment is well situated for visiting the pretty white villages for which Andalucia is famous. It is an easy ten minute drive to the jet-set port of Puerto Banus and a further ten minutes drive will take you to the centre of the city of Marbella.
