Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Rates are for 6 person occupancy. Additional guests, up to 8 and who must be under 13, are priced at an additional $25/person/night. All stays under 30 nights are subject to 11.5% Palm Springs city tax and $150 exit cleaning fee. Holiday and special event periods may be priced higher. Minimum stays vary depending on days of the week, season, calendar availability, and lead time for arrival. Please inquire. 50% of rental cost due at time of booking, balance due 30 days before arrival. Fully refundable $500 damage deposit required with all stays.
"Really enjoyed the place, also the owners are very thorough in their instructions for how everything works. Very clean, great amenities, although the lack of shade outside is a little bit of a bummer. Lastly, we felt they watered the lawn too much. We are still in a drought and this amount of water is unnecessary and not sustainable."
