All rates are plus 4.166% gross excise tax and 13.25% room tax. (17.962% in 2021 on).
Maximum 8 adults and 2 children. $1500 cancellation fee.
"This was by far our favorite rental property in Kauai. The house way exceeded our expectations. The beautiful views from every room were breath taking. We stayed for a week and all of us shed tears the morning of our departure. Everything about the house and location was pristine. We will definitely be back to rent next year if not sooner."
