All rates are plus 4.166% gross excise tax and 13.25% room tax. (17.962% in 2021 on).

"Oh, my goodness. This house is all it says it is ... and more. We just spent a week there with our two daughters, their husbands, and our 5 and 7- year-old grandsons. Everyone had their own space, privacy when wanted, and communal space to spare. The house is fantastically equipped. Beach gear, pool gear, kitchen gear, dishes and glasses galore, good linens, lots of great towels, necessities and nice touches everywhere. The pools are fantastic ... warm, safe, clean. They are salt water, as stated, but hardly salty at all, not ocean water. The view is fantastic. It is even nicer than the pictures, comfortable, and inviting. It was as if we were in a beautiful tropical movie. If you like to sleep late, and light bothers you a lot, you might want eye shades, as the bamboo bedroom curtains let in some light. The sunrise is worth waking for, however ... and later than more northern latitudes. (The lower floor bedrooms get a little less light, tropical garden view.) Evan, the caretaker, was available, informative, and frequently around but unobtrusive. He takes wonderful care of the premises and the guests. We've rented many vacation homes. This was by far the nicest. It will make your vacation very special."
