"Dear Gerry, I wanted to thank you for letting my family and I rent your place for our family reunion. I would also like to thank you for coordinating the renting of two of your neighbor's units as well. With three units we were able to accomodate all 16 of us. You made it easy for us! Your unit was so beautiful and having breakfast beside the lake was a wonderful way to start each day. And you were right! We were able to walk to the beach as you had promised! We appreciated the extras you had there for us; beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, DVDs, books, etc. My brother from Seattle still raves about your place and the community : ) My family and I will 100% come back.
