"We had a great time in your beautiful condo. We even met another owner who was gracious enough to let us use some of his beach furniture. A beach umbrella with the post that drills into the sand is a must. The area has everyhthing we needed. The beach, Walmart, BW3, Dollar General etc.. were all within a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. The gated community keeps traffic to a minimum and we never had to worry about our safety. Wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely pass on the good word. As an owner of a time share in the Orlando area, I have a hard time seeing myself justifying that extra 12 hour drive. Gerry thank you for refunding our security deposit very quickly. One note to your future visitors ,if you plan on visitng Jimmy Buffet's Margariteville, get your name in early. The wait was almost 4 hours one night then 2.5 hours the next early afternnon. "
