Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms $125 per night with a three night minimum. $100 cleaning fee applies and a security deposit of $125 also applies. Security Deposit $125 which will be return within 7 days of vacating unit. 11% occupancy tax applies to rental amount. 10% require at time of booking. Total amount required 30 days prior to occupancy. Weekly rental $700 and monthly $2,500. Refund policy: 50% will be return if cancel 2 weeks prior to occupancy, 25% with a 7 day notice prior to occupancy.
