Large waterfront area highlighted by private dock and flagpole. House is large, loaded with character, and sits right down on the water. House sits 200 feet from road in a private setting. There are three large bedrooms (one on the first floor and two on the second floor) and lots of skylights and windows throughout the house. There's a small 4th bedroom in a separate 'side hut' called the Boat House. There is also a tree house for children to play in.
Distance to ocean: under two miles.
Distance to town: approximately three miles.

Close to freshwater and saltwater beaches, Chatham A's baseball games, Friday night band concerts at the gazebo in town, seal watches. Boating, fishing, swimming on Mill Pond. Close to bike path, movie theatres, antique shops, etc.
