Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms $250 security deposit. No pets allowed. No smoking. Payment accepted by Personal Checks, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Credit Cards (using PayPal). Please note that you don't have to join PayPal to pay by credit card. Please add 13% Florida Tax. During Christmas/New Years, there is a 7 night minimum requirement. For stays less than 6 nights, a cleaning charge of $70 will be added.
"We had an excellent holiday in Florida, Emerald Island Resort is a beautiful resort and the Disney Magic II villa is wonderful. It has everything we needed and more for our holiday. Very nicely decorated and furnished, spacious pool, fun games room, internet and everywhere very clean. It was so nice that we did not want to leave!! It was also just a short drive to Disney and Celebration and so many other attractions. Highly recommended."
