Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms $250 security deposit. No pets allowed. No smoking. Payment accepted by Personal Checks, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Credit Cards (using PayPal). Please note that you don't have to join PayPal to pay by credit card. Please add 13% Florida Tax. During Christmas/New Years, there is a 7 night minimum requirement. For stays less than 6 nights, a cleaning charge of $70 will be added.
"I stayed at Mickey Mouse Villa from Aug 11 - 18 with my daughter & her friend. They were standing for a wedding at Disney. The townhouse was wonderful. The welcoming pkg was great as our flight never got in til 12:30 a.m. & we never arrived til 2:30 a.m. The townhouse was fully equipped with everything we needed even a washer & dryer.
