Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms $250 security deposit. No pets allowed. No smoking. Payment accepted by Personal Checks, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Credit Cards (using PayPal). Please note that you don't have to join PayPal to pay by credit card. Please add 13% Florida Tax. During Christmas/New Years, there is a 7 night minimum requirement. For stays less than 6 nights, a cleaning charge of $70 will be added.
"I enjoyed my stay in the 6 bedroom house, Disney Magic. The house was very comfortable, extremely clean and nicely decorated. The owner Sri was very helpful anytime I made contact with him with concerns, even the day I arrived and was not sure about the alarm. I would highly recommend this rental property, it was also affordable. The easy access to all attractions was also great."
