Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms $250 security deposit. No pets allowed. No smoking. Payment accepted by Personal Checks, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Credit Cards (using PayPal). Please note that you don't have to join PayPal to pay by credit card. Please add 13% Florida Tax. During Christmas/New Years, there is a 7 night minimum requirement. For stays less than 6 nights, a cleaning charge of $70 will be added.
"Had a 4 week holiday in Florida and couldn't of picked a better place to stay. We stayed in the 4 bedroom Pluto's Magic villa and I must say if I had the money I would buy one of these villas. The resort they are on is second to none and the villa was outstanding. Will DEFIANTLY be return and recommending to others."
