Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms $250 security deposit. No pets allowed. No smoking. Payment accepted by Personal Checks, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Credit Cards (using PayPal). Please note that you don't have to join PayPal to pay by credit card. Please add 13% Florida Tax. During Christmas/New Years, there is a 7 night minimum requirement. For stays less than 6 nights, a cleaning charge of $70 will be added.
"Walt Disney World has Magic Kingdom and staying at Emerald Island Resort was like Magic Kingdom for me and my family. The home had all the amenities you can imagine. The game room and swimming pool were awesome. Yes I repeat they were awesome. The yards and the grounds were well maintained. Our home was the 7 bed villa and it was more than enough room for our family of 10.The price was definitely economical and made our trip to Disney affordable. The property management company responded quickly to our concerns. Sri thank you for making our stay at Emerald Island a wonderful experience."
