This SECOND story Condo is in a Gated Community and approximately two and a half miles from freeway access(I-25). Close to Balloon Fiesta Park (less than five miles), Movie Theatres (four miles), Arroyo Del Oso Golf Course (four miles), Old Town (10 miles), Convention Center (10 miles) and many restaurants nearby. Other attractions nearby. Santa Fe approximately 60 miles north, and Taos approximately 125 miles north.
The master bedroom features a king-size Westin Heavenly bed and California walk-in closet. All towels, paper products, dish washing soap and laundry detergent are provided. All appliances including a Miele front load washer and dryer are provided.
The property features two pools (opened seasonally) and a bike path close to the property(two Motiv Bikes supplied for use during your stay). The balcony has one rocking chair and one rocking bench to enjoy the views of the Sandia mountains, as well as the beautiful west side sunsets. If you're here during the Balloon Fiesta, you can usually view the balloons right from the balcony as well!
Approximately 11 miles from Albuquerque International Sunport Airport.
