You'll enjoy terrific views of the navigable waterway which runs behind the condo complex. This waterway leads to Lake Pontchartrain. There's a first-come, first-serve boat dock, a two level deck and a grassy green space in the common area. The waterway is great for boating & fishing, and so is the Lake!
The condo Den, Kitchen, Dining Room and Balcony all feature great water views! It's fun to watch the assortment of boats that cruise by the condo, as well as our feathered friends ~ pelicans, geese and ducks ~ who occupy the waterway.
The entire condo has been freshly painted and ALL of the furniture in the condo is brand new as of August 2006! And, we've installed High Speed Wireless Internet, so that you can stay connected.
This cozy condominium offers 1 Bedroom with Queen-size sleigh bed, plush bedding and 20" TV. The Den features a micro-fiber sofa-sleeper, loveseat, upholstered ottoman, and 52" BIG screen TV with cable and ALL of the movie channels!
If you choose to dine-in during your stay, the Kitchen is fully-equipped so preparing a meal should be a breeze. There's also a commercial grade, stackable washer and dryer in the unit.
The condo is available year round at just $119 per night. The minimum stay is just 1 night. We also quote weekly and monthly stays.
