Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms The weekly rates for this condo start at $525.00 + $30 (for final cleaning) for up to 2 guests and include fresh linens/towels, digital cable TV with all of the most important and entertaining channels, radio, TV-Guide, unlimited broadband WiFi and wired 2 Mbit/sec internet access, 24 hour building security with reception desk, secure, covered, underground parking (best spot in the whole garage!), all utilities and taxes. Special discounts for medium- and long-term stays! Minimum stay is 1 week as with all of our apartments. In order to reserve this unit, please write us an e-mail with the desired dates of your planned stay as well as the number of guests who will be staying.
Check in and check out times are firm unless we receive prior notice. We can arrange taxi pickup from the airport for $25 for up to 3 guests or $35 for up to 6 guests.
