There are two similar units and you could be booked into either the east or west unit. Exact layouts. 3 floors plus private basement. 3400 sq ft total. Large sunny eat in kitchen. Deck and yard. Fabulous front porch with ceiling fans. Large dining room -seats 10. This is a three story home with 1000 sq ft on each floor. Parking in driveway and in front of the house. 70 unique restaurants within a 5 sq mile radius. Some of the best are walking distance. Great area for antiquing and art galleries. 10 min drive to the downtown Cleveland casino, the Flats, Tremont and Ohio City plus the Arts District. All sports stadiums a ten min drive. Extremely desirable area and currently Cleveland's most trendy suburb. East Unit has 2 king, and 3 queen beds plus a couch comfortable enough to sleep on. West Unit: 2 Queen, 2 Double, 2 twins and a comfy couch that one person could sleep on.

West Unit: has 1 Smart TV in Living Room and an old fashioned TV with Roku in family room 3rd Floor.

Swimming pool at Lakewood Park with Lake Erie access 1 mile away. Lakewood ymca a five min walk with an indoor pool, (brand new building), Edgewater park with beaches and pavilions 3 miles away and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame -6 miles away. Lakewood Food Truck Park is also a short walk away and has an indoor and outdoor place to social distance and still enjoy the food. Every 4 hours two different food trucks show up. The Food Truck Park is popular with outdoor andirondack chairs and picnic tables. They serve drinks, and ice-cream and " adult milkshakes" with alcohol in them. Ask us about the other wonderful restaurants near by such as El Carnicero, Melts, Deagans, and some farm to table restaurants.
