Check In at 3 pm; Check Out at 11 am.
There is a one time $75 cleaning fee; Minimum stay is 5 nights.
Rates are based on a 3 person occupancy and do not include 10% tax.
Additional $20, per night, will be added for each additional guest.
There is a 5% discount for stays 1 month or more.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change with out notice.
Payment options: Traveler's check, Cashier's/Registered Check, Personal/Business check or Money Order.
Cancellations/Refunds/Deposits: Full refunds are given if cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival. After that you will only receive a full refund only if the suite is re-rented. A $200 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
