This is a newly refinished, fully furnished, one-bedroom, ground floor unit with a garden view. We have tried to provide you with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable including coolers, beach chairs, 'noodles', etc.
Our unit is just steps away from the pool in one direction and the laundry room in the other.
The complex is located in the heart of historic Kailua-Kona. Within walking distance to EVERYTHING! (restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, farmers market, the beach)../and just a short drive to major shopping (Costco, Safeway, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Longs).

Property Amenities
This is a fully furnished, newly remodeled, air conditioned, non-smoking ground floor unit with a garden view. Within steps of the front door, it offers apartment-like amenities including a coin operated laundry room, swimming pool, dedicated parking stall and gas barbeque.
The living room boasts wood floors, ceiling fan and the remote air-conditioner for the unit. There is cable TV and a VCR/DVD player with an extensive movie library.
The kitchen has been recently remodeled and upgraded with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and tile floors. For your convenience we have provided numerous small appliances (including microwave, blender and a rice cooker), as well as all cooking and eating utensils.
The bedroom is nicely furnished with a queen-sized bed (including a memory foam mattress topper), dresser and two night stands. There is also a ceiling fan for those who prefer not to use the air-conditioning. Here you will find a stereo CD player, complete with a selection of CD's.
Community Amenities
The complex is within walking distance to all that Kona has to offer (shops, restaurants, beaches, activities etc)... and just a short drive to major shopping (Wal-Mart, Safeway, Costco and more).
