• Rates quoted are for 1-2 guests. Maximum occupancy of 2 guests.
• $250 reservation deposit due within 7 days of booking the reservation. The deposit is applied toward rent.
• All rental charges are due 45 days prior to arrival.
• No refunds for no shows or early departures.
• All rates quoted and payable in US Dollars
• Add one time $178 cleaning fee, $25 guest services fee and 17.42% Hawaii state tax,
• Rather than a security deposit, we trust you will leave my condo and its contents undamaged. If not I will charge you for damages.

"Berney has a great condo. He was on top of our needs even getting us into the condo early as soon as it was ready. Welcomed with a box of chocolates. He made sure we had an alternate contact while he was away. It is well stocked and the views are better than the pictures show. This is directly across the street from a great beach to take your morning walk. Plenty of restaurants and shops near by."
