• Rates quoted are for 1-2 guests. Maximum occupancy of 2 guests.
• $250 reservation deposit due within 7 days of booking the reservation. The deposit is applied toward rent.
• All rental charges are due 45 days prior to arrival.
• No refunds for no shows or early departures.
• All rates quoted and payable in US Dollars
• Add one time $178 cleaning fee, $25 guest services fee and 17.42% Hawaii state tax,
• Rather than a security deposit, we trust you will leave my condo and its contents undamaged. If not I will charge you for damages.

"Any vacation in Maui is going to be a great time! We really enjoyed Berney’s condo. The view from the lanai was beautiful, the ocean in daytime and sunset in the evening, overlooking the beautiful grounds. You are literally across the road from the beach and within short walking distance of many restaurants and shops so the location could not be better. It’s always fun to go to the complex barbecues and make new friends. The condo is full of mirrors, tropical paintings and decorations to really get you into the mindset of being on the island. The closet has numerous beach supplies so you are ready to go. We liked this condo so much we have already booked for next year."
