CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations > 90 days from arrival date. $100.00 cancellation fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. A $250.00 fee applies for cancellations within 60 days of arrival and for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No deposit or rental charge refunds for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100.00 processing fee.
