Location: We are 1 hour 20 mins southeast of the Tucson Airport, southeast of Benson, Arizona. Easy drive from I-10. We are located in the beautiful Sulphur Springs Valley, Pearce, Arizona. SE Arizona in Cochise County. We have cooler summers due to the 4600 elevation. Always breezes blowing through your hair here.

We sit ground zero for The Winter Birding Migration of 10's of Thousand Sandhill Cranes that come to our Sulphur Springs Valley. We even have a pet Roadrunner, who has made our property his home! Nature lovers and Star gazers will love our property. We are ground zero for the winter bird miagration. Birds from all over the world pass through sunny Arizona on their journey to follow the warmth of the sun. SE Arizona has a very mild and sunny year round for all outdoor activites.
~~Our home has Stunning 360 degree mountain views, 2 Natl Parks with distance views from our entire Ranch property. 3 decks to watch your sunrise and sunsets by. We also have commanding views of the famous Cochise Stronghold's Dome! BBQ Gas Grill on back deck as well as a patio table and chairs to eat outside. Star gazing is a special delight too! Billions of stars, as well as the milky way, is just outside your front or back door.
~~We sit between 2 wonderful National Parks. Cochise Stronghold and Chiricahua National Monument. We are in Cochise County. Tombstone, Amerind Indian Museum, Pearce Gold Mine, Bisbee, Douglas, Benson, Willcox, Karchner Caverns and many close by ghost towns are short drives.
~~Our 25 acres fenced and gated bird watchers paradise is waiting for you to enjoy! The Sandhill Cranes fly over and forage on our grounds for food, during the winter months. In the warmer months, Hummingbird are non-stop visting our bushes for nectar. Roadrunners, hawks, eagles and so many birds find our area home. We also have many reptiles who call our valley home. We love to watch the many lizards, frogs going here and there.

Hummingbird Ranch s a spacious 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Den 1700 Sq Ft home with Vaulted Ceilings, Skylights, A large Mexican Entertaiment Center with a 42 " Vizio Smart TV, Blu Ray DVD player & large DVD Library, Netflix on demand 1000's of video, Wi-Fi internet, Fully Equipped Country Kitchen with Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster Oven, Bread Toaster and all the spices for your gourmet meals. The kitchen offers seating for 6. Central AC & Heating. Outside on the 2 decks, we have a brand new Gas Grill for those Steaks and Chicken. Hummingbird Ranch is a large 1700 Sq Foot vacation home with 2 decks, 1 being 12FT x 20FT, with table and chairs and seating, over sized windows in every room to see the desert better, very comfortable furniture, new bedding, A nice size Laundry Room with a full size Kenmore Washer & Dryer. From both decks, you have open views to both the Cochise Stronghold and the Chiricahua National Monument. 360 degree mountain views to enjoy. Come and kick back and relaxe.
